Introducing the STAX SR-307 Signature Open Back Headphones! STAX's first SR-A (Lambda) series Headphones were introducted over 30 years ago, and now the SR-307s have accomplished further evolution with a New Sound Element! The original Sound Element had employed the simplest of structures so that the widest film diaphragm area as possible could be effectively used in comparison with its external size. Taking advantage of the this original feature, the New Sound Element has been packaged in a tough resin case, thus has realized Cleaner Sound and a More Accurate Sound Image. Also a new thin-film material, practically stretch-free through temperature and humidity, has been adopted, enabling both the Rich, Deep Low-Frequency and Delicate High-Frequency Sound.

High Quality non-magnetic resistors of audio grade are employed for the main circuit of the new series STAX SRM-323S Headphone Amp, greatly improving the tone quality.
The STAX SRM-323S Headphone Amp also features another Improvement: the circuit constant has been revaluated in detail to improve the sound quality. The signal path is configured with a Class-A All-Stage DC Amplifier Circuit with no coupling capacitors. Carefully selected low-noise hybrid pair-matched dual FET has been employed for the input stage to configure a single-amp balanced output circuit. The result is natural and clear aound regardless of balanced or unbalanced input.
SRM-323S Features: The emitter-follower circuit with high-voltage bipolar transistors adopted for the output stage of teh SRM-323S enabled low output impedance resulting in increased drivability and wide high-frequency dynamic range. Moreover, the power transformer equal to that of the STAX SRM-006tS has been adopted to achieve more powerful drivability. One simple RCA input is equipped with a parallel-out terminal directly providing the incoming signal.
Two 5-pin output sockets are connectable to all pro-bias compatible earspeakers. The SRM-323S employs a double-axis volume controller to control left-and-right channel volume level independently without using a balance volume controller.
